Strained relationships
When there's nothing left over, the people closest to you usually feel it first.
Something's been off in your relationships lately — more friction, less patience, a sense of distance you can't quite explain. The instinct is to look at the relationship itself for the answer. Sometimes that's exactly right.
But often, the strain is downstream of something else entirely: you've been running on empty for so long that there's nothing left to bring to the people who matter most.
Niyya isn't relationship coaching, and we won't pretend to be. What we address is the capacity underneath it — because a depleted person shows up differently with everyone in their life, not just at work. Rebuilding that capacity, through the same Capacity Ledger framework behind every program here, often changes the relationship dynamic as a real side effect, not because we worked on the relationship directly, but because there was finally something left to bring to it.
This work is built by a coach with 19 years of clinical experience in exactly this territory — not a certification-course framework, a pattern-tested one.
Niyya provides coaching, not therapy or mental health treatment. Not a substitute for professional mental health care.
